“Go out. Watch more sunsets.”
This phrase has so much meaning to it than just making time for stunning views of the setting sun.
It talks about going out more, enjoying life around us and falling in love with this life a little bit more.
And then fall in love with ourselves too.
Why sunsets, and not sunrises?
Well both early birds and night owls can enjoy it. We might miss a sunrise but never a solid sunset. Perhaps, sunsets are a way of reminding us that if we miss something beautiful in the beginning (Sunrise), we still have another chance to experience something beautiful in the end (Sunset), if we are grateful and mindful enough.
It is beautiful how it appreciates second chances.

There’s actually a thing called ‘Sunset Therapy’.
Sunset Therapy is about deliberately adding sunset sessions into your daily routine. More people are doing this to reconnect with life and feel grounded- to improve their lives.
It’s a refreshing break from the digital world, helping us feel connected and in control.
You might not be able to watch every sunset, but make it a habit to go for sundowners more often. All it takes is a chin up and a look above at the beautiful sky to be inspired.
